Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.
How We Ship
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed off to USPS, Codetta is not responsible for delays, loss, or theft in transit. Tracking information will always be provided so you can follow your package directly.
If something goes wrong after handoff, please reach out — we'll help you file a claim with the carrier and look at what options are available. We can't guarantee replacement or refund for items lost in transit, but we won't leave you without a next step.
Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Codetta is not responsible for packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout. If you catch an error immediately after ordering, contact us right away — we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
