Refund policy
Every piece in the shop is one-of-a-kind, secondhand, and chosen with intention. Because of that, all sales are final. Please read listings carefully — condition, measurements, and any notable wear are described there for a reason.
When We'll Make It Right
If an item arrives significantly different from its description — undisclosed damage, a meaningful sizing discrepancy, or something that wasn't noted — contact us within 7 days of delivery:

In those cases, we'll work with you. That might mean a refund, store credit, or another resolution depending on the situation. We take description accuracy seriously, and if we got something wrong, we want to fix it.

A Note on Sizing
Vintage and secondhand sizing is inconsistent. A garment marked "Medium" may fit like a Small. When we include measurements — bust, waist, hip, length — in the listing, please use those, not the tag.

If you're uncertain about a piece, reach out before purchasing. We're happy to provide additional photos, measurements, or detail shots. It's better to ask than to regret.
