Refund policy

Every piece in the shop is one-of-a-kind, secondhand, and chosen with intention. Because of that, all sales are final. Please read listings carefully — condition, measurements, and any notable wear are described there for a reason.

 

When We'll Make It Right

If an item arrives significantly different from its description — undisclosed damage, a meaningful sizing discrepancy, or something that wasn't noted — contact us within 7 days of delivery:

In those cases, we'll work with you. That might mean a refund, store credit, or another resolution depending on the situation. We take description accuracy seriously, and if we got something wrong, we want to fix it.

 

What We Can't Refund

Returns are not accepted for:

Fit or style — secondhand shopping involves some uncertainty, and we can't account for personal preference. Measurements are always included to help.
Normal signs of age — minor fading, slight pilling, softening of fabric. These are characteristic of pre-loved clothing and will be noted in listings when relevant. They are not defects.
Packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. See our Shipping Policy for how we handle carrier issues.

 

A Note on Sizing

Vintage and secondhand sizing is inconsistent. A garment marked "Medium" may fit like a Small. When we include measurements — bust, waist, hip, length — in the listing, please use those, not the tag.

If you're uncertain about a piece, reach out before purchasing. We're happy to provide additional photos, measurements, or detail shots. It's better to ask than to regret.
